Ratinaud Charcuterie is an impressive purveyor of meats, cheeses, and food related delights. Large display cases have various local/Canadian/International cured meats, cheeses (cow/goat/sheep), and pate as well as soup stocks, baguettes, and a kitchen with premade goods. Very impressive.
I picked up a baguette, pate, and two sheep cheeses soft and hard for snacking on while here in Halifax. All have been a delight to eat.
