Spain Day 16e - MNAC - Gothic

 The Gothic section at MNAC also has a great deal of items and included lots of variety from the 13th to 15th centuries.

Painted wood.

Chest and reliquaries both large...

Altarpieces, like Saint Vincent below.

Panel paintings telling biblical stories or allegories.

The far left one, depicting Christ going into limbo, is shown below.
