France - Paris day 01 - Our Apartment

This is the view out the back window of our place in Paris. It is two blocks North West of the Louvre and rented from a company called Residence -Paris. The owner/manager, Vladimir, is a connivial sort and he manages the places for the website and when the owners of the apartments cannot be there. It is costing less than a hotel room would, as seen in the website.
This is the closet, with spare towels and a spot to have jackets and such.
Here is the bed and as its a studio apartment, it faces the...
...kitchen. This was one of the bonuses of the place (besides its price and awesome location). We really missed a kitchen two years ago in Italy and seeing the fantastic food in the colorful markets on the web on Paris we wanted to have that option. It also will save us some cash to go to nice places to eat when we althernate with the back alley mom and pop type eateries.

Sure the bathroom is small and the floor uneven, but for one week we are in the heart of Paris and won't have to break the bank to do it. And really...how much time will we spend here.
