Food - Famoso Neapolitan Pizzeria

While biking around Victoria running (biking?) errands, I stopped in a new pizza place called Famoso. I had no idea it was a chain until I went to the website after I had returned home. Regardless, it was a clean and well run place with an open kitchen concept that I like.
I ordered the classic Margherita, which is fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, pecorino romano cheese and extra virgin olive oil. Since its Italian style the crust is thin and they use Italian flour and tomatoes as well as cook it in a wood fired oven from Italy. My wife and I were in Italy last year in March and this pizza certainly brought back memories.
Unfortunately I didn't have the gelato since I'm having turkey tonight with my in-laws (whom are staying for the weekend) but will in the future. The reason is its in stainless steel pans, a sign of being made fresh.
