Tafelmusik - J.S. Bach's Circle of Creation

Back in town was the rock stars of the classical music scene...Tafelmusik. They were performing their multimedia two hour concert J.S. Bach: The Circle of Creation. They were brought here by the Early Music Society of the Islands.
Like previous multimedia presentations they have done, they tie in music with narration between songs. This theme was on Bach, his home city of Lepsig, and the many people and things that enable a musician to perform their music. This includes the creation and making of the instruments, strings, paper the music is written on, the teachers, composers, and support from society. Tafelmusic performs without note sheets in front of them and if the instrument they are playing is not too large, they move around the stage as they perform. They are the pinnacle of classic musical artistry and I would see them again in a heartbeat.
