Fiasco Gelato

I had some extra money in my food budget so I picked up two jars of Fiasco Gelato, made in Alberta: Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Bean and Dark Chocolate Caramel Sea Salt. They were both dreadfully delicious.
By dreadfully, I mean that along with the great local ice cream makers Cold Comfort and Parachute this company is a great contender when I cannot get to those stores and is available in several chain grocery stores. It is around $8 a jar but you do not need to eat a lot to feel satisfied unlike the bulk mostly water ice creams out there. Definity would buy more.
