Greenwich Park, PEI

Greenwich National Park is on the North Shore on the East side of PEI. It was created in 1998 to protect the natural and cultural areas that are inside it. The main facilities are large and well organized. Make sure you fill up on water!
The park itself is quite large and took us a couple of hours to see most of it from the pathways.
The paths are wide and flat with slight rises and falls here and there.

The walk to the beach is extraordinarily well done.

The beach is soft silky sand.
The grasses are very important for the rest of the Eco system and keeping the dunes from falling apart.
There is lots to see here.
