We went to Ghost Raman a couple of weeks ago but forgot to post. It is on store street by the Johnson street bridge. It has handmade noodles and broth done by the team at Nikkei Raman-ya that my wife and I tried last year, in Courtney.
I started with a tasty sweet/sour Kiwami plum beer by Fuggles and Warlock with a Char Sui Bao.
It was then onto the Shoyu raman with an egg extra.
Everything was delicious, fast to come to the table, and service was superb. Would eat here again.
