Galerie au Chocolat Taste Test

I saw these Galerie au Chocolat bars on sale and have tried some over the years. I decided an experiment was called for so here are the results. All the bars were 72% coco and had a deep slightly grainy taste which I like because it means less processing. It also means that you only need one or two squares and your are sated. All are also fair trade. I would buy many of them again.

Midnight Dark: Just pure dark chocolate.
Coaca Nibs: The little crunch means that another little hit of the cocoa nibs.
Cinnamon: Very strong cinnamon taste which combined nicely with the dark chocolate.
Earl Grey Tea: Not a fan of dark teas but has a nice herb/rooty flavour that accentuates the dark chocolate.
Sea Salt: Nice crunchy salt crystals and dark chocolate...yum
Spiced Fire: A really nice heat.
Bold Espresso: Great taste complement with the crunchy espresso beans.

Here is the nutritional Information.
