Perro Negro Restaurant

To thank some friends who took care of our cats while we were away to Worldcon, we took them to Perro Negro, a fantastic Spanish tapas themed place.
I started with the virgin ceasar, with an oyster, mussel and a green bean. Tasty start!

The list of little tapas we had are are follows:
-bacon wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese and drizzled in honey, served hot;
-18 month ages Serrano ham;
-Chicken liver pate with red currant jelly;
-local octopus with chorizo, potatoes, olive oil and pimento;
-smoked albacore tuna with olives, preserved lemons, almonds, caper berries and olive oil;
-pork cheeks with dried cherries, hazelnuts and brandy;
-Eggplant dish with tomatoes; and
-Green bean dish with delightful smoked red perpper paste.

It was all fantastic tasting and would come back here again. They also had a classical Spanish guitarist playing tunes who was quite talented.
