Sante Restaurant

We ate at Sante twice for breakfast and once for supper. This tells you how good it was!
For breakfast the first time, I had the Country Hash with a mushroom and beef broth base, pancetta, potatoes, greens, an egg and candied red peppers. Delicious!
For breakfast the second time I had the Shirred Eggs with pancetta, kale and more candied red peppers.
For supper I had the river salmon with couscous, carrots, celery, onion, zuccini and apricot butter sauce.

My wife had the Pork Loin with cherries, sage, quinoa, zuccini, parsnip, fennel and cherry glace.

We'd eat here again. Maybe we'll try lunch the next time we are in town.
