Downtown Halifax at Night

I met my sister and nephew in Halifax recently. We walked through downtown before and after supper. Here are some pictures of Downtown Halifax at night.

There are multiple statues, all the same, that do not have their frount halves but are instead mirrored.

A historic ship with snowflakes projected on the side.

I played a few games of mini-curling with my nephew. Great fun.

They have progressed on this new structure since last I was here. Supposed to be used as a small concert open air venue too.

The view from the top.

Very cool wire structure of a sailboat.

Construction company in the holiday spirit.

A kids playground that is oddly creepy at night.

The historic property section of the waterfrount.

Halifax city hall. Every once in a while the projected image becomes a short animated sequence that changes what is displayed while pleasant music is projected. Much better than the carnivorous Mic Mac Mall talking Christmas tree, Woody.
