1640 Bistro

1640 Bistro is across from the entrance to Chateau Frontinac in Old Quebec city. It has an old world setting but with elegant features and additions.

I started with the onion soup and it hit the spot on a cold day of walking.

For a main I had beef jowl with pickled beetroot and vegetables with beefy sauce. Very tender meat.
