France - Loire day 04 - L'Auberge de Launay Supper

Our last night in the Loire Valley was were we spent our first, at the restaurant in our B&B, L'Auberge de Launay.
We started with an amuse bouche of bacon on top of a light creamy substance.
I had the salmon tartar with chickpea crisps.
My wife had the black pudding on puff pastry.
I had duck with a little fois gras and greens on potatoes. My wife's meal was out of focus but was a wonderful pork tenderloin.
 The cheese plate.
I had a chocolate creamy dish and my wife had lemon curd.

The entire meal was delicious and filling as always.
