Helsinki - Dong Bei Hu or China Tiger Restaurant
When in Helsinki, why not have your first supper at a Chinese restaurant? Actually we were tired and one of the four people with us was not an adventurous eater and I recalled seeing this place near our hotel. Dong Bei Hu or China Tiger was opened by a Chinese woman who could not find the food that reminded her of home. The result was this establishment.
