Manchester Airport - Cafe Balzar

Located in Terminal 1 of Manchester Airport, Cafe Balzar was a nice place to relax and eat French and French colonial foods.

I had the Tagine Balzar, which is Moroccan spiced chicken, sweet potatoes, apricots, chickpeas in a homemade spiced sauce and a fruit couscous with flat bread. It was amazing!
My wife and friend each had a Lamb Kofte pita, which is two lamb patties in a pita with rocket, herbs, tomatoes, and a side of hummus.
With these we also each had a glass of lovely cider.
