Carrawburgh (Procolita) Roman Fort

There was excavations done by Clayton here and found many items but it awaits a more robust dig.
There is a coffee van here during tourist season.

The Mithraeum, or temple to Mithras, is quite impressive and is just beside the fort to the West.

Altars and statue pedestals.
