York - The Botanist Restaurant

The Botanist restaurant is a cute, trendy, and upscale establishment.

We had nibbled for an early supper so this meal was for an evening snack, hence getting the deli board with some dishes that we chose: Hummus, pie, sausage roll, cheese, bread. Wonderful flavours.
For a drink I had one made from fresh mint, kiwi and ginger, with a splash of apple and lemon. All boosted with a plant-powered elixir you syringed into it. Tasty.
