Wild Caraway Inn and Restaurant

(Delayed posting. Visited during summer 2024)

Now was the time that I would be exploring the Maritimes entirely on my own. After seeing Joggins Fossil Beach, and looking through Vickery House Books in Parrsboro, I backtracked to Advocate Harbour as I was staying at the Wild Caraway Inn.

My wife and I had eaten a lunch here nine years ago and always wanted to come back. This time I would be sleeping here. The views, as always, were wonderful.

They have added cottages to stay at which look quite nice.

The side eating area and garden was looking as good as it was back then.

The back garden was more lush than last time and I was looking forward to trying some of their produce and herbs in my evening meal and breakfast.

The dining room was as I remember it with new art of course.

My room was upstairs and is quite roomy.

The bathroom was old-timey big and more than I needed.

I would be very happy staying here again for one or two nights.
