Looking for a place to eat was hard on this weekend day. Fortunately this place, El Sella, had availability for two.
We started with a nice white wine, recommended by the waiter. He appreciated the fact we were not in a rush, even though we were tourists.
The oranges and blossoms overhead were very nice and provided a good aroma.
The water was fancy looking but inexpensive.
We ordered the mixed paella, which took about 45 minutes. Well worth the wait. It was our first Spanish paella and would end up being the best one we had.
