Spain Day 17b - Montserrat Museum - Ancient Section

 The Montserrat Monastery museum was a nice surprise. They have extensive art, from the Gothic to modern, and antiquities from bronze age and earlier.

Sumerian cuneiform from around 2100 BCE.

Statue of Bas.

Mummy.

More Egyptian items form the 19th to 20th dynasty.

Ancient middle eastern items.

A Torah.

Various clay items.

Greek urns and clay items.
