Spain Day 19m - El Trebol

Our second night eating at Trebol. We ate outside this time. First drinks and appetizer of fresh chips and olives.

Stuffed tomato (avacado, smoked sardine, and ajo blanco or garlic and almond cream)

A main of grilled vegetables (zucchini, broccoli, red pepper, corn, asparagus, mushrooms, and romescu sauce) and meat grill (ribs, Iberian pork, beef, marinated chicken, deer).

For dessert a cheese cake with manchego cheese and red fruit sauce.
