Spain Day 06e-Flamenco and Tapas tour

We had booked a Flamenco and Tapas tour with Shawn Hennessey's Azahar Sevilla Tapas company. Unfortunately she was not able to be our guide but a friend of hers stepped in and he was an excellent guide.

First on the agenda was flamenco, a classic tradition in Spain that was born in Sevilla. Many musicians, singers, and dancers performed. It has passion, angst, and rapid fire dancing with slow movements. A worthy spectacle to see during a lifetime.

The rest of the evening was wandering around Sevilla, mainly the area around and in Barrio Santa Cruise, to stop by a few of our guide's favorite places. A mix of delights were tried with the appropriate drinks. My favorite was the squid ink pasta.
